SendOff (“we”, “us”) provides tools for travel advisors to send SMS updates to existing customers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We share data with service providers (e.g., SMS carriers/aggregators, cloud hosting) to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data.
We retain data as needed for the Service and legal requirements. Advisors can delete their clients’ data; we also delete upon verified request where required.
End users can provide SMS consent by checking an optional checkbox on the web form (disclosures shown inline) or by replying START/YES to an invite with the same disclosures. If the box is left unchecked, we save the contact but do not text them until they opt in later. Users can opt out anytime by replying STOP. We honor HELP requests and provide support contact info.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared for third-party marketing. We use numbers only to deliver service-related communications for the advisor who collected the consent. Any sharing is limited to service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., carriers, hosting).
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no method is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
