SendOff (“we”, “us”) provides tools for travel advisors to send SMS updates to existing customers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We share data with service providers (e.g., SMS carriers/aggregators, cloud hosting) to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data.
We retain data as needed for the Service and legal requirements. Advisors can delete their clients’ data; we also delete upon verified request where required.
End users opt in either by completing a web form with a required consent checkbox and disclosures or by replying START/YES to an invite that includes the same disclosures. They can opt out anytime by replying STOP. We honor HELP requests and provide support contact info.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no method is 100% secure.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
