SendOff provides transactional text messages for travel reminders and logistics to existing clients of participating travel advisors.
Users may opt in by checking an optional SMS consent box on the web form (disclosures shown inline) or by replying START (or YES/UNSTOP/SUBSCRIBE) to the advisor’s invite that includes the required disclosures. If the box is unchecked, we store the contact but do not send SMS until they later opt in.
Message frequency varies based on trip activity and user interactions.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If a user deletes their SendOff account, access ends immediately and any active subscription is cancelled. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent for third-party marketing. Numbers are used only for service-related communications for the advisor who collected consent. Any sharing is limited to service providers acting on our behalf. See our Privacy Policy.
